B.T. Syndicate Limited is in the business of Retail including both offline as well as online presence.

The Profile:-

B.T.Syndicate Limited is the parent company which is into the business of offline retailing. We started as the supply chain logistic partners and Distributors for companies like VIP Industries Limited, ITC, The Bombay Deying Mfg Co Ltd and Ballarpur Industries Limited. Even today we handle the entire General Trade for Mumbai and near area markets for VIP industries Limited and The Bombay Deying Mfg Co Ltd. We are also one of the largest wholesale traders for fabric in Mumbai. We have also handle trade for Ballarpur industries Limited for the entire state of Maharashtra and the Mumbai wholesale trade for companies Like ITC. Even today in the Luggage and Home Furnishing space in Mumbai we cater to more than 425 retailers. The company has now expanded from wholesale trading to retailing  with our first store coming up at Grant Road and two other coming up at Khar and Nallasopara. Also we are in Advance talks with Reliance Metro to set up another 4 small format stores for backpacks at 4 metro stations in Mumbai. We tend to take our store expansion aggressively and to have more than 15 stores across mumbai by March 2018.

This expansion is backed by solid infrastructure in place. We already have the IT infrastructure in place with our POS software already established and running and also integrated with our warehouse and distribution companies and also an online version for proper MIS and reporting. We have a warehouse of around 12000 sq ft owned by our companies in Bhiwandi from where the supply chain is managed. Also we have fleet of 3 vehicles owned by us already moving across mumbai catering to all luggage retail stores.

Also the company is in the process of launching its ecommerce websites with mobile apps and also in the process of launching its own brand in the backpack and luggage space.

As a group we are aggressive about our strategy to aggressively grow into offline and online retailing.
